Jessica Kubicki

Jessica Kubicki is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working within the homeless response system since 2013. 

Since her start at the Housing Collective in 2016, Jessica has led the development of a comprehensive, coordinated, organized and holistic system of care for the homeless population. As the Chief Initiative Officer, Opening Doors, Jessica oversees the coordination, integration and delivery of all program and related services, and maximizes collaboration amongst the network throughout Western CT.

Jessica holds a masters degree in social work from Southern CT State University and a bachelors in psychology and education from UMASS Amherst.
