The Housing Collective’s Housing Innovation Lab supports the collective response to homelessness across Connecticut by providing systems-level data and innovative tools, and integrating the lived expertise of people who have experienced homelessness. 

The Lab identifies opportunities to maximize the impact of homelessness response efforts, and designs innovative, technology-based solutions for residents, practitioners and policymakers. Our work is centered on four pillars–data, inquiry, lived expertise, and capacity building–and it functions as a space for curiosity and community building in housing.
